Our mission

Preferred Solutions aims to bring the highest quality medical care to communities around the country through strategic, long-term partnerships with both specialty physicians and hospitals.

Our values
  • Our success is inherently tied to that of our clients. We strive to understand their needs, anticipate their challenges, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. By placing the client at the forefront of our actions, we not only forge strong partnerships but also build trust that is essential for long-term growth.

  • Success is not the result of individual accomplishments, but the culmination of the entire team's hard work, collaboration, and shared goals. Achieving greatness is a collective effort that involves supporting one another, leveraging each other's strengths, and recognizing that together, we can overcome any challenge. We celebrate each other's victories and learn from our setbacks, all while fostering an environment of unity and camaraderie.

  • Self-reliance and accountability are key components of our identity. We acknowledge that each of us has a role to play, and we take responsibility for our actions and contributions. To "carry your own water" means to actively participate, take ownership, and give your best effort in everything you do. By doing so, we not only contribute to the collective success but also cultivate a culture of determination and excellence.

  • Ethics and integrity are non-negotiable in everything we do. This value isn't just about adhering to the letter of the law; it's about upholding the highest moral standards. When faced with difficult decisions, we will always choose the path that aligns with our principles, even if it means taking the harder route.

Meet Our CMO

Dr. Zachary Arthurs

Chief Medical Officer

“Staffing gaps are more than just empty seats; when local hospitals are under-resourced, patients are forced to travel far from home to receive basic healthcare. Those patients without the resources to travel are typically left with no choice but to forgo care altogether, which can be detrimental not only to the individual but to their family and broader community.

We believe that everyone has a right to accessible, high-quality healthcare, and that’s why we dedicate our efforts to ensuring our doctors come to you— so that you can heal at home with the support of your family and community.”
