This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website at preferredsolutionshealth.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information to us.
1. Who We Are

Our Site is intended for hospital executives, clinical leaders, physicians, advanced practice providers, and other healthcare professionals interested in our services and content.

2. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways: information you provide directly, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.
Information you provide to us. When you interact with the Site, you may choose to share personal information with us. This includes contact and inquiry information you submit through forms (such as your name, email, phone number, job title, employer or hospital name, location, and the contents of your message), email addresses and any optional details when you subscribe to our newsletter or other email communications, information you submit to access gated content such as guides, reports, scorecards, or assessments, and any responses you provide to assessment fields or surveys. If you are a physician or advanced practitioner interested in working with us, you may submit your name, contact details, specialty, credentials, licensure information, location preferences, CV or resume, and other relevant professional details. If you represent a hospital or health system, you may submit information about your facility, staffing needs, service lines, location, and contact information for relevant decision-makers. We also keep records of communications when you email, call, or otherwise correspond with our team.
We do not knowingly collect protected health information (PHI) as defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) through the Site. The Site is a marketing and informational property and is not intended for the submission of patient health information. Please do not submit PHI through any Site form.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels, tags, web beacons and similar technologies. This may include device and browser information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, screen resolution, language preference, and approximate geographic location derived from your IP address. It also includes usage information such as the pages you visit, the date and time of your visit, time spent on each page, the referring URL, the links you click, and the actions you take on the Site, along with session and analytics identifiers used to understand how visitors interact with the Site.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including marketing partners, public databases, professional networks such as LinkedIn, conference and event organizers, referral sources, and analytics or advertising providers. We use this information consistent with the disclosures in this Policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in order to provide you with services. These include responding to your inquiries, requests, and applications, and providing the information, materials, or consultations you ask for. We use your information to deliver and personalize our newsletter, content, and marketing communications, including welcome sequences, follow-up emails, lead nurture emails, and content recommendations. When you request gated resources, scorecards, or assessments, we use your information to provide the resource and send related follow-up communications such as related guides, suggested next steps, and invitations to schedule a call.
We also use your information to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Site, including measuring traffic, diagnosing technical issues, preventing fraud and abuse, and enhancing user experience. For physicians and providers, we use your information to evaluate interest in our network and match candidates with appropriate hospital partners and opportunities. For hospitals and health systems, we use it to evaluate inquiries and tailor our outreach and proposals to your stated needs. We conduct internal analytics, research, and reporting to better understand our audience, refine our content, and improve our services. We send transactional and administrative communications, such as confirming a subscription, providing a requested download, or notifying you of changes to this Policy. Finally, we use information to comply with legal obligations, enforce our Terms of Use, protect our rights, and respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
We do not sell your personal information. Some of our use of cookies and similar technologies for marketing or analytics may be considered “sharing” or “targeted advertising” under certain state privacy laws. See Section 9 for more information about your rights and how to opt out.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK Visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar requirements, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal information: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time; performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract; compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject; and our legitimate interests in operating, improving, and marketing our services, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and interests.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to function properly, analyze performance, and support marketing. These include strictly necessary cookies that enable core Site functionality such as page navigation and access to secure areas, analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use the Site, functional cookies that remember your preferences and settings, and marketing cookies that may be used to deliver and measure advertising and content, including across other websites and platforms.
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, and you can typically refuse or delete cookies through your browser. Disabling certain cookies may impact Site functionality. Where required by law, we present a cookie banner or similar mechanism that allows you to manage your cookie preferences.
6. Third-Party Services We Use
We work with trusted service providers that process information on our behalf. These include email and newsletter platforms such as Beehiiv, which delivers our newsletter and tracks engagement; website hosting and content management platforms such as Webflow which host the Site and process form submissions; analytics providers such as Google Analytics, which help us understand visitor behavior; form, scheduling, and CRM tools such as Calendly or HubSpot, which help us manage inquiries and consultations; standard business communication tools including email and telephony providers; and advertising and social platforms such as LinkedIn, Meta, or Google, which may help us promote our content and measure performance. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies. We require service providers that handle personal information on our behalf to do so consistent with our instructions and applicable law.
7. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only as described below.
We share information with service providers so that they can perform services on our behalf. If you submit your information as a physician or advanced practitioner interested in opportunities, we may share relevant professional information with our hospital partners as part of the placement and credentialing process. If you submit information as a hospital representative, we may share relevant inquiry details with members of our team and, when appropriate, with qualified physicians or providers being considered for your needs. We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other professional advisors as needed.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to standard confidentiality protections. We may also disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our agreements, protect the rights, property, or safety of Preferred Solutions, our users, or others, or investigate potential violations of our policies. We may share information with other parties when you direct us to do so.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including providing our services, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements, and maintaining business records. Retention periods depend on the nature of the information, the context of collection, and applicable legal requirements. When we no longer need personal information, we will delete or de-identify it in a secure manner.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, use, and disclose; the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information; the right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to certain exceptions; the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes; the right to opt out of certain types of profiling; the right to data portability where applicable; the right to limit the use of certain sensitive personal information; and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise these rights, contact us at the email address in Section 1. We will verify your identity before responding to your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification.
To opt out of cookie-based advertising, you can use the cookie controls on the Site or signal preferences through Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor where required.
To unsubscribe from our newsletter or marketing emails, click the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly. Note that we may still send you transactional or administrative messages related to your account or active requests.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and any sensitive information you share with us confidential.
11. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States, and information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country with different data protection rules than your country of residence. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, including standard contractual clauses.
12. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adult professionals and is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
13. Third-Party Links and Content
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, plug-ins, or services that we do not own or operate. This Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third-party site or service before providing them with personal information.
14. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no industry standard for how to respond to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required by applicable law.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Policy on the Site and update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Site after we post changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
16. Contact Us
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Policy or our privacy practices, contact us at: support@preferredsolutions.com.
A reminder before you publish: have a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction review this before it goes live. The healthcare adjacency, the volume of physician PII you collect, and the patchwork of state privacy laws make legal sign-off worth the small investment. Let me know if you want me to draft a matching Terms of Use, a Cookie Policy, or a shorter CCPA-specific notice.
